THREADtoRUNWAY

ABOUTTotal Creation.

A team that understands intent — and designs value.

A single thread is not yet anything. Who will wear it, where will they walk, what do they wish to say before a word is spoken? We gather that intent the way a cutter gathers cloth — carefully, without waste — listening to the material, reading the line of the body, and taking in the air of the age, until one silhouette stands. To dress is an introduction that arrives before words.

Fourteen hands touch every garment that leaves this house. We organise the maker's knowledge, the cloth's character and the wearer's wish into one flow, and we do not call a piece finished until all three agree. That is the whole of our method, and it has not changed in nineteen seasons.

Official Campaign / Artist Experience

The Resonance of Music, Worn Untouched.

Bringing the afterglow of a performance to the web — and to cloth — exactly as it was felt.

Honouring the quiet presence of a performer, we made garments whose afterglow carries naturally from the stage into the street. The design never steps forward; it is composed to quietly elevate the person inside it, the way a good hall elevates a single note without ever being heard itself.

The campaign was shot over two days in natural light, following one wearer the way a recital follows one theme. Nothing staged steps in front of the garment. The series ran as a print editorial and a digital lookbook, and the featured coat — cut from a single bolt of double-faced wool — sold out in nine days.

Every seam in the collection is finished by hand, so the inside of the garment reads as calmly as the outside. A performer notices such things in the wings, in the thirty seconds before the lights change.

Strategy / Creative Direction

Read the Season, Draw the Strategy for Growth.

One design language, running from the garment to the lookbook to the film.

We read the market the way we read a rail of samples — by hand, piece by piece — and shaped the label's direction for three seasons ahead. Beyond the clothes, one design runs through packaging, print and film, so every customer touchpoint delivers the same world.

The strategy began with listening: forty hours of conversations with the women who already wore the label, and the ones who had stopped. What returned was not a new logo but a new order — fewer pieces, better cloth, and a calendar that follows the wearer's year instead of the industry's.

Direction is a promise kept at a distance. Every artefact the house releases — a tag, a bag, a thirty-second film — is checked against the same three questions before it leaves the studio.

EC Site / Capsule Drop

Worldview and Desire, in One Seamless Flow.

An e-commerce experience that speaks to the senses before it speaks of price.

We distilled the atmosphere of the collection into a buying experience that keeps the world intact from first look to final confirmation — a frictionless path that balances empathy for the brand with hard results at the till.

The drop page opens on cloth, not on chrome: a full-bleed film of the fabric moving, then the pieces, then — only then — the sizes. Checkout was reduced to three gestures. Nothing in the flow asks a question the house does not need answered.

When the capsule sold through, the page did not close; it became the archive entry for the season, so the world of the collection stays visitable long after the last piece has gone.

Design begins
with alignment.

Great design is not born from appearance alone. The intent of the house, the value to deliver, and the wearer's point of view — aligning each with care and joining them into one flow is what gives rise to a form that communicates. We organise information, look to the essence, and design experiences that carry into the future.

01 / Management · Direction

Connecting People and Information, Moving the Collection Forward.

Production begins by organising the intent and the challenges of the house, and bringing everyone involved to one understanding. From first hearing through planning and management, we shape the flow toward the goal and keep the whole collection moving.

A collection is a hundred small decisions wearing one name. Direction is the work of keeping them in conversation.

02 / Design

Intent, Given a Form That Can Be Worn.

Design is not decoration; it is a means of conveying value. We organise the character and purpose of the house, and give the essence a form as a visual — and physical — experience, cut for a body that actually moves.

The toile comes before the cloth, and the fitting comes before the photograph. A form is only finished when it survives both.

03 / Storytelling

Value That Never Landed, Rebuilt Into Words That Do.

We organise the appeal and the strengths of a collection and rebuild them into expressions that reach their audience — designing content, from the lookbook to the thirty-second film, that leads to results and stays in memory.

Words are the last fitting. If the story does not sit on the reader the way the garment sits on the wearer, it goes back to the table.

Style

We organise cloth and intent, and give the wearer's heart a form.

Nearly twenty years have passed since this house began working in design — and one conviction has stayed with us through every season.

Design is not simply the making of beautiful things.

It is work that supports expression: we find the value that truly needs to be conveyed, and shape it to fit each wearer, each occasion, each life.

People think; machines support.

Today, new tools are changing the very nature of making. We take that change not as a threat but as possibility — experience and sensibility, working with new hands.

Whatever the era, our role does not change.

Listening to people's intent, organising it, and shaping it into a form that communicates — one garment, one encounter at a time.

Find the Essence of the House.

FIND THE ESSENCE OF THE BRAND.

The intent of the house, the value to deliver, the wearer's point of view — everything begins by aligning them into one flow, and removing everything that does not belong to it.Essence is not found by adding. It is what remains when the unnecessary has been respectfully shown the door.

02 / 04

Design the Experience.

DESIGN THE EXPERIENCE.

Aligned intent becomes a line. We read the body's movement and the fall of cloth, and wait for the silhouette to rise — then we build every touchpoint around that single rising line.A garment is experienced in motion, in mirrors, in the memory of a room. We design for all three.

Build the World Around It.

ARCHITECT THE WORLD.

Every seam holds a maker's decision. Finished by the certainty of hands, not the speed of machines — and surrounded by a world of image, word and space that tells the same story. The world is the second garment: the one the collection wears in public.

Make It Keep Running.

BUILD WHAT KEEPS RUNNING.

The finished garment travels from runway to everyday life, and the system behind it keeps travelling too — repair, archive, and a new season already listening for its wearer.A house is not a collection. It is a mechanism for making the next one better.
